Six Easy Steps to the New You
Step One
First we look at your brain codes then I work with your feet. Your brain codes are unique to you. Your feet mirror what is happening in your body. We then put in a plan to what goals you want to achieve.
Steps 2 - 6
Over the next five steps we will work as a team working with colour and your home environment. Every two weeks I will meet with you in your home. We will look at the area in the home to see what that room is saying about your life. We will put a plan into place to the changes you need to make. Easy changes that will create great results. Over the following two weeks you will work with a colour which gives you conscious choices to empowerment.
Oils and Affirmations
At each step of my Feng Shui Coaching you will work with an oil and an affirmation. Affirmations are powerful tools to help you take control of your life and the direction you wish to go to. What goals you wish to achieve.
